Amy Lewis is an Associate Director in BRG’s Privacy and Data Protection practice, where she advises global organizations on building effective privacy programs to minimize exposure to regulatory and litigation risks. With a focus on emerging technologies and digital ecosystems, Amy helps clients navigate the complex intersection of digital marketing, analytics, and compliance.
At BRG, she helps clients address the legal and operational challenges of website tracking, third-party cookies, and behavioral advertising. Her work includes designing and implementing practical controls that align with global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other evolving frameworks. Brendan McAusland
Brendan is a leader in digital banking at CIBC, one of the largest Canadian banks with over 150 years in business and north of 13 million clients. He leads the operations of the Digital Analytics team which has grown to a group of 70 over his 7 years in the team, where mobile and online data are leveraged to drive engagement and sales. He has a background in project management having completed the PMP certificate along with his delivery experience create a focus on task progression and delivery which he brings to the data team. Today he leads a team of 11 direct reports who ensure requirements are built into all new digital features to enable reporting & insights which shared with stakeholders to call out opportunities and drive wins. The team works with a range of different partners and vendors to ensure the team is well equipped with right tools to ready clean data as quick as possible and this includes leveraging ObservePoint for production tag validation and adherence to client consents. Outside of this role, Brendan enjoy spending time with his growing family and any time on the golf course that he can find.
