Amy Lewis is an Associate Director in BRG’s Privacy and Data Protection practice, where she advises global organizations on building effective privacy programs to minimize exposure to regulatory and litigation risks. With a focus on emerging technologies and digital ecosystems, Amy helps clients navigate the complex intersection of digital marketing, analytics, and compliance.

At BRG, she helps clients address the legal and operational challenges of website tracking, third-party cookies, and behavioral advertising. Her work includes designing and implementing practical controls that align with global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and other evolving frameworks. Amy is particularly effective at translating legal requirements into actionable strategies for cross-functional teams—including marketing, IT, and compliance—ensuring that privacy is embedded into digital experiences from the ground up.

Stacy Boven is a privacy and technology attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP who enjoys litigating high-stakes commercial disputes and advising clients on protecting their information assets. Stacy leads Nixon Peabody’s Tracking Technology Litigation Team and focuses on defending against consumer privacy claims—including individual and class action claims involving allegations of wiretapping, trap and trace, unfair business practices, false advertising, and other purported violations of the California Invasion of Privacy Act, the Video Privacy Protection Act, etc. With over a decade of experience, Stacy partners with clients to manage risk, implement business-focused strategies, and efficiently navigate complex litigation. Her experience ranges from website, trade secret, and copyright litigation to corporate/fiduciary liability and partnership/shareholder disputes. Stacy also represents corporate clients in appellate matters across an array of industries. Stacy lives and works in San Francisco, California.

Eric is a Deloitte Partner and serves as the Digital Trust & Privacy leader for the life sciences and healthcare practice. He has more than 23 years of experience spanning privacy, cyber, and risk management. Eric leads Deloitte’s global relationships with ObservePoint and OneTrust.

Brendan is a leader in digital banking at CIBC, one of the largest Canadian banks with over 150 years in business and north of 13 million clients. He leads the operations of the Digital Analytics team which has grown to a group of 70 over his 7 years in the team, where mobile and online data are leveraged to drive engagement and sales. He has a background in project management having completed the PMP certificate along with his delivery experience create a focus on task progression and delivery which he brings to the data team. Today he leads a team of 11 direct reports who ensure requirements are built into all new digital features to enable reporting & insights which shared with stakeholders to call out opportunities and drive wins. The team works with a range of different partners and vendors to ensure the team is well equipped with right tools to ready clean data as quick as possible and this includes leveraging ObservePoint for production tag validation and adherence to client consents. Outside of this role, Brendan enjoy spending time with his growing family and any time on the golf course that he can find.
