No, airport transportation is not provided. However, London offers excellent public transport and ride-share options from all major airports.
Smart casual is the general recommendation – think polished but comfortable. Jeans and a tee are perfectly acceptable if that’s your style.
October in London can be cool, so we suggest packing a sweater or light jacket. A full “Know Before You Go” guide with weather and packing tips will be sent closer to the event.
